BoltWave’s clients are worldwide, and they depend on us to provide experienced IT Support Technicians to resolve network and server issues, as well as hardware problems, both onsite and as the company's technical base. You would also be performing hardware and software installations, server configuration, and basic help desk functions.
As a member of the BoltWave family your responsibilities will include travelling, cabling, and writing simple scripts for various hardware platforms. You will also be required to keep detailed records of all work done.
To succeed with us, all applicants will require the following experience and attributes:
Previous IT experience, including network support; experience with all Microsoft Operating Systems and products, Linux, Unix, Mac OS and CISCO firewalls, routers and switches, and a good general knowledge of computers.
